The NFPA Education and Technology Foundation awards grants of up to $25,000 to 2-year technical schools to help establish and sustain state-of-the-art fluid power trainers and teaching laboratories. Each lab can be used to educate hundreds of future fluid power technicians and engineers. These grants are focused on projects that include both hydraulic and pneumatic instruction, engage students in the development and construction of the training devices, and allow for large multiplier effects in the creation of new projects and curricula.
