NFPA Guidelines for Social Media Participation
NFPA reserves the right to delete any posting judged to be
irrelevant, inappropriate, illegal, or offensive. Anyone who posts
content on an NFPA-labeled social media channel or joins an
NFPA-labeled group agrees to:
- COMPLY WITH ANTITRUST LAWS AT ALL TIMES.
Group members must not discuss any competitively sensitive materials in any NFPA-labeled social media channel. Please visit NFPA's web site and familiarize yourself with our antitrust guidelines before submitting any topics for discussion. - STAY ON TOPIC.
Keep all discussions to professionally relevant topics, and do not post anything that is solely for commercial purposes. - BE COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL.
Do not post inflammatory, derogatory, or otherwise inappropriate comments about other members of the group. Remain nonpartisan. And respect one another’s privacy and intellectual property.
